- Hosting: our host (Cloudflare) may process technical data, such as IP address and browser type, to deliver pages and protect the site.
- Email: if you write to us, we receive your email address and the content of your message.
Why we use it
We use your email address and the content of your message only to reply to you and follow up on your request. We do not sell your information or use it for advertising.
Retention
We keep emails for as long as needed to handle your request and follow up, then delete them.
Service providers and where data is processed
To host the site and receive your emails, we use service providers: Cloudflare (hosting and email routing) and Proton (mailbox). The information they process may be handled in other Canadian provinces or abroad, such as in the United States and Switzerland. We share with them only what these services require. Information processed outside Canada may be subject to the laws of the country where it is located.
Etsy purchases and linked sites
Our products are sold on Etsy. When you buy on Etsy or visit another linked site, that site’s policies apply.
Your rights
You may ask to access or correct the information we hold about you, ask for it to be deleted or withdraw your consent, and you may file a complaint.
